
This is usually the first stage of a business development. At this stage HIS will seek information of product requirements from prospective customer.
In detailed consultations with the prospective customer HIS will seek further relevant information to work out a price quotation. If customer is in agreement a sales and purchase agreement will prepared.
This stage of the project detailed product drawings are prepared and after approval by the customer, the machine / equipment will go into the manufacturing stage. Depending on the complexity of the project, the customer may reserve the right to inspect the machinery / equipment prior to shipment. As a final activity at this stage, commissioning of the machine / equipment will take place.
The project continues at this stage with training that may be required due to complexity of the equipment. HIS will ensure that the customer will continue to receive technical support and advice if necessary. At this stage stocking of spare parts will be discussed if not resolved at any of the earlier stages.
