This field-proven dredger pump is widely used in areas where thick liquids of high specific gravity, such as clayey water, must be handled. No other conventional pumps would match it in such areas. It is most ideally suited for ceramic ware molding applications.
At the pressure of about 6 atm, it is capable of feeding the liquid up to 130 m horizontally, and then raising it approximately 6 m high. The liquid can be forced upward to a height of about 10 m before being fed horizontally.
Since the rotary section is seperate from the wet section, the entire mechanism is protected against water, and chances for failure are reduced.
The wet section is made of gun metal or stainless steel.
It is available as a single unit, connected to a frame-mounted motor.
