This Roller Mill has two special extra hard alumina porcelain rollers that turn towards each other, with a pre set gap between them. This gap is set to the diameter of the product required. The product is crushed when it passes between these alumina ceramic rollers.
This machine is usually installed at a second stage of a crushing production line.
The hard alumina porcelain rollers have a higher efficiency, lower wear rate and minimal contamination compared to the usual manganese steel rollers.
